What a fantastic Saturday. Wish they could all be like this past one. I attended the Tinsel
and Treasure show at the Alamo Women's Center with Debbie Addie.
17 great artists all in one home town location, Alamo, Ca.
I had to add to my collection from Charlene Geiger:
I am also excited to add another of Colleen Moody's Halloween dolls to my collection.
I did pick up a wonderful greeting card made from Iva Wilcox's original water color
(already purchased by some lucky person) ...
Check out the website for the Tinsel and Treasure Show to see all of the artists and their works.
Then to add more great fun, we spent Saturday afternoon at the "Shrink" class hosted and taught
by Connie Fong. Connie is an incredible artist, teacher and hostess. So much fun!
Here's just a sample of just one of the several "shrink" items we made:

I love your art piece and how you used black for the petticoat (instead of the tulle). It was so much fun having you in the class!
Hi Tricia, thanks for sharing the items you bought...I wish I could have been there too! You found some great pieces. I loved having you in the class, it was a great group of talented individuals. Loved how your piece turned out.
